Club History
Balscadden Boys and Girls Football Club was founded in 1990 and was the first schoolboy club in the large area, spreading from Stamullen to Ring Commons and beyond.
Initially started with an U8 Team, but quickly increased in size and has more or less consistently fielded teams from U8's to U16's.
This year, the club has a Junior team, two Under 7's, Under 8's, Under 9's, Under 10's, Under 11's and an Under 13's team.
We are also delighted to welcome the Senior team who are competing very successfully in the AUL League. Hopefully they will continue to do so and provide the next step for our players as they progress from the junior teams.
The club owes a great deal of gratitude to the many generous sponsors, both currently and throughout the years, and to the help and dedication of the many coaches, managers, helpers, friends and parents.
We look forward to continued support and commitment and to the future success of Balscadden Football Club.
